4 Days, Non-consecutive
The Trusted Advisor Development Program© is a series of one and two day classes taken over the course of three to four months. The objective of this series is to support commercial bankers around non-credit, client discussions specifically aimed at topics addressed in the “C” suite. Between sessions, attendees will use materials addressed in class in live client discussions. If desired, Manifest Financial will assist attendees in the development of client pitch materials as a capstone assignment.

- Debt Capacity, Valuation, Capital Costs, Decisioning
Capital Markets (1 day)
- Debt Products / Markets, Equity Products / Markets
- Interest Rate Hedging, Currency Hedging, Structuring the Deal
Economics (1 day)
- US and Global Economy, Composition of the Economy
- The Fed, Forming a View, Staying Current
Clinical (1 day – optional)
- The clinical allows participants to work with Manifest instructors to develop client specific applications
Class Structure:
This class is coordinated with lectures and case studies. Attendees learn by doing exercises individually and in small groups.
Target Audience:
This class is targeted for those who are or soon will be involved in client conversations. The role of the individual in the client discussion (junior or senior, coverage or product) is not critical as the course takeaways benefit those both leading and supporting the discussions.
